Forklift driver

We are seeking reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Drivers to join our operations in Sydney. This role is ideal for individuals with at least one year of experience who are looking for a stable environment that values precision and a proactive attitude.

The Role

In this position, you will be responsible for the physical flow of goods within our warehouse. Whether you specialize in high-reach racking or counterbalance loading, you will play a key part in maintaining our operational efficiency and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate High Reach and/or Counterbalance forklifts for loading, unloading, and putaway.
• Perform accurate QA checks, count verification, and stage pallets correctly in designated dispatch lanes.
• Use RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to ensure 100% accuracy between physical stock and system records.
• Follow strict pallet capture processes to record pallet types (CHEP/LOSCAM) accurately at the point of completion.
• Execute pick/pack tasks efficiently to meet daily productivity targets.
• Maintain work areas to a high standard and report any hazards or near misses immediately.

What You Bring

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or 3PL environment.
• A current and valid Forklift Licence (LF) is essential.
• Competency using RF scanners and a basic understanding of WMS.
• Strong numeracy skills and the ability to verify counts without error.
• A team player who follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and approaches work with integrity and energy.
